I am having these custom chips as wedding decor and for favors, when reaching out me about a stocking issue they made clear steps on how to manage and process. With a week delay I was ok with that and I got the chip I wanted and I love them to much. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved the product, however had an issue with the actual shipping, as the product was not ready for shipping within the time frame stated upon creation and purchase. This caused our product to arrive after the start of our event. When I reached out via email to the sales department explaining my unhappiness about this, I received ZERO response. Great product, not great customer service.
