Great quality chips. Weight is there, casino quality. I would recommend getting the denominations right. I built a few sets and should have ordered more of the lower denominations and less of the higher denominations. Annoying if you are playing with several people. Absolutely would order again. Logo on point.

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about placing a custom order and being able to receive it on time. I reached out to the sales team by email. Mike, in customer service, immediately responded to my questions and concerns. He explained they have added additional resources, manpower and equipment to catch up to their advertised turnaround time. He walked me through the entire process, reached out to me after placing my order and confirmed I would receive it as requested/expected. To my surprise, the order arrived early and is perfect. Thank you pokerchips.com and Thank you Mike for being an amazing customer service rep! - Happy Customer

I love the product, but it took forever to receive it and there was no proactive communications from the company. Great product / not great customer service.

I ordered them Oct 7th, for an event. sent several follow up email. each time got a reply that you were opening up a case. The event came & went. NO CHIPS. I cancelled the order twice. Then out of the blue in Jan. I receive an email that they were shipped to me. I'm NOT PAYING for them. I Ordered them for another vender.

I placed an order back on Thanksgiving, never saw the order. I left 4 messages on their website and they never responded. Finally received the order Dec 29th. The product was stunning, but the customer service is enough to make me go somewhere else.

They make good work and exactly how we request. Only issue I have is the weight of chip, it’s too less.
