I ordered nearly $200 dollars worth of poker chips and waited over 2 weeks but never received any updates. All of my emails went ignored and when I reached out to their facebook, my message went ignored. My comments which I left on their ad post expressing my frustration and asking for an update were all deleted until I was blocked off their page. I never received a refund so now I'm going to reach out to my bank and dispute this charge as they've scammed me of my money. It's very unprofessional of them to treat their customer this way and this will be the last time I do any business with them. I wish I can rate 0 stars as they've wasted my time and my money.

This was my Second Order, the First one, a year ago was smooth, which is why I came back. This time was completely Awful. The chips arrived Two Days After the date I requested.. The chips looked NOTHING Like the way they were represented online. The artwork was completely unreadable. There was no quality control from chip to chip, let alone from the submitted design to the first printed sticker. I tried to contact Customer Service by e-mail, but have never received a reply (there is no phone number!) I will Never use this company again.

I originally ordered a box of custom poker chips and received them with in days of purchasing them. I liked the quality so much I ordered 2 more boxes. After a noticing my order was still in processing I reached out to Pokerchips.com and never heard back from them. I used their website chat bot, which is not live and sent an email but no response. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. It's to bad because I would have been a repeat customer with a lot of referrals from other channels. Communication is key and with Pokerchips.com communication does not exist.

I didn't realize the branding was just a sticker put on the chip. The quality of the sticker is not great and the colors done pop (the white lettering isn't very white. If the chips were just a little bit heavier they would feel much nicer in your hand. Over all experience was solid and just a couple little things that keep this from a 5 star review. Will not stop me from using them again.

Supply chain issues and employee shortages slowed the communication and process of me getting my order. The items got here and they are amazing. I would recommend them if you can place your order a month before you need it.

Came in time despite tight window! Had difficulty trying to get image onto site. Wanted to put writing as well but couldn’t figure out how to do. Did not realize stickers to be used but effective. Thank you.

The chips I got were not as heavy as the ones I bought a few months ago . Maybe I picked different ones or the quality changed

This was a horrible experience! my chips arrived very very late. We first got someone else's chip and then waited 2 more weeks for them to fix it. then the other person threated us they were going to sue us for steeling his chips. I want all my money back and I will never use this company again
