9/13/2022 This is sad to write, but I believe they have closed. After our most recent order arrived we discovered we had been sent someone else's Chips.
We have emailed them 6 straight days without a response. We are a small non-profit and this Custom Poker Chip order was for our largest event of the year, National POW/MIA Recognition Day. Waiting for a response has left us without enough time to order from someone else.

***DO NOT USE POKERCHIPS.com!!!***
Made my oder which was supposed to be at my house with $60 2 day expedited shipping. It arrived a month later. PokerChips.com refused to refund my $60 2 day shipping cost. Only after sending several emails did I even get my order at all.

Very very difficult to get communication from you! I have emailed like 3 times on a recent order and no response. Very frustrating and unprofessional. No phone number, so at the mercy of when someone will email me back.

These chips showed up even better than expected. This will likely result in the purchase of further chips of the same type. Thank you so much!! Absolutely awesome!!

Our second order was excellent .. their designer reached out with a suggestion that really improved the quality of the chips. Our third order is placed and we are designing order number 4.

All well after we had to change chip colors, the one we ordered was no long available once the work on the chip started.

I love the chips they came quick and looked perfect, unfortunately they were out of stock of the ones I ordered so I had to pick a different style. I like them but I wish I would have waited for the ones I wanted. I think if they are out of stock and want to substitute I should have received a discount

The timing was great and it was easy to submit the photos but one was a bit faded.
I would go to them again.
I would go to them again.

I’ve ordered custom poker chips 3 times and they’ve always arrived promptly. Images and design have always been spot on with what I designed. I use them for fundraiser events. Good product, good service. I would like it if they could be numbered consecutively 1-100 but I understand that requires 100 different images to print to make that happen.

Amazing quality chips! They came just like the picture. Make sure to order 1 month in advance the processing does take long but the shipping is pretty fast. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you guys

The chips look great! Very happy with my purchase. I've noticed that a few of them came in scratched, but not a huge deal.
