These chips were ordered for my parents Celebration of Life, they look professional and very much like what I ordered online. Made the royal mistake ordering from another company before and they didn't turn out well. Grateful for your business!
Thank you,

These custom poker chips were perfect! I was a little nervous about the quality, but they turned out better than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible service. I bought from this site as they said they had my poker chips in stock. They were not. Other sites were cheaper, but didn't have them in stock. I received an email a few days after placing the order saying it was shipped. A few weeks go by with no shipment. I emailed asking for the tracking number and they told me they were back ordered and haven't shipped. I was not happy. Long story short it took another two weeks to cancel the order and it's going to take another two weeks to actually get money back.

Order was started several days after delivery date and I never received chips that were to be given away at an event. I’ve used your company before but not anymore.

My poker chips looked amazing. I will be ordering again.

I have to say the product itself is exceptional. The turn around time was excessive. It took 6 weeks to get our product and that was only after several emails to customer service. I’ll certainly give them another shot because the product is amazing.

The chip quality and production both exceeded expectations, and the customer service team was phenomenal in helping rush the order in time for me to meet a marketing goal.

Wrote in for support on my order and never heard back. Disappointed with the quality of product and poor communication from the company.

Pretty good experience all and all. You need to update your website to allow additional methods of shipment. 2 orders in a row we had to input a stateside address to place the order and then contact your office via email or phone to have the orders sent to Saipan via US priority mail. We did not receive a refund for the reduced shipping cost either.
