Simple easy to use interface for designing chips. Received them quickly and they looked great. I will use again in the future.

Found website through google and placed an order for 100 chips. A few days later Jeani Sanders contacted me to say that the chip color was out of stock due to supply chain issues. I chose a new design and was told we would get our chips in time for our event. The chips were delivered the day they were promised. The only issue was, the text I chose on each side of the chip were matched with the wrong graphic. It was too late to place a new order. Very good communication and quick delivery. Kudos to Jeani she was good to work with.

It took a little longer than expected, but they explained why, so no worries. They came out great and I am very happy with my poker chips.

Easy to use website. Love seeing the proofs without waiting for someone. The downside is the site said the products were in stock, indicating a couple day turn around and that didn't happen. The sales email address was responsive and got it moved through when I reached out.

Product is nice, I didn’t get my complete order (the case is MIA) and no response about the missing merchandise for a time-sensitive gift. Up until that point service was great.
