Very pleased with the entire transaction. The chips look good, very easy to customize. The turn around time was excellent. I would happily do business with them in the future...and I am sure I will. Highly recommend.

This product is amazing quality and the people who make them really pulled through when they delivered the product on time despite short notice. Thank you. Will purchase again.

My order was missing one part of the set and I contacted them and they fixed the issue right away. The customer service was awesome and they got me the rest of my order rushed and overnighted. Original shipping was super fast as well. Definitely recommend this company and I researched a lot of companies for my personalized chips.

Wish I would have ordered more! I had them made for an additional memory piece at my brothers funeral mass. Poker was his passion.

I ordered 200 chips with pictures on front an back of my nephew an brother who both past in a motorcycle accident. They turned out so beautiful I would recommend this company to anyone.

The only negative was there was not communication after I ordered. No confirmation, no shipping confirmation or tracking. I thought I was scammed until they came in the mail. I am so happy with the product though. The quality is great and I even had a few chips go thru the washer by accident and they came out unscathed. Very happy.

Incredible customer service. The ink on my first order was a little blurred, so my phone number was slightly illegible. I reluctantly informed them that it was blurry and they in a flash got it fixed and I had a new batch of poker chips immediately at my door. I was shocked at how hassle free the process was. I will for sure be a repeat customer!
Also, I really loved being able to design my own chips. They came out great and I am complimented on them often! Thank you so much!
