I placed my order on Monday and received by Friday - with Rush order and Next Day air shipping. I ordered 100 chips total and they look great! They're certainly very heavy-duty (100 chips weigh about 3 lbs) and the custom design added to them came out really well. Customer support was very responsive and accommodating (particularly Arthur). I will definitely use them again in the future!

Overall a good functional process. The only change i would suggest is there is a lack of tools for customizing the poker chips. I had to outsource the design to someone else and it took a month before i could place my order. Some simple software incorporated into the website that enables better upload and editing of images and backgrounds would be ideal.
