We are a mid-major poker tour and we ordered some chips to give away as promotional items at an upcoming event. They turned out great and the price was more than fair.

The website was very conscientious and easy to use. I had a few questions and they contacted me back almost immediately. They accommodated me for the time crunch I was in, and all I have to say is that Alexa Aurin in the lead sales department was an amazing help. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for future chips. Thank your for being so user friendly and such a great help and as I said before, here is a special thanks for Alexa because she was a tremendous amount of help for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I could not be more pleased!!!

I was apprehensive about spending so much money on 600 chips, but after hosting a poker tournament, everyone was extremely impressed and so was I. All involved wanted a poker chip as a keepsake, to which I was happy to agree.
4 stars only because I need to be blown away for a 5 Star. I did receive my chips in time but only 500. They did not have red in stock so I was missing 100 chips when I received my order. It was on a Saturday so I waited over the weekend and when I made contact with poker depot, they explained that I would receive the red chips at a later date. Totally understandable, and minus that, I would likely give 5 stars.

I was expecting something rather cheap feeling and not very professional looking considering the cost, but when my chips arrived I was blown away by how professional and high end these chips looks!

Ordered 500 custom ceramic chips. The final design was very close to the one that we designed using online tool. The design tool was fairly easy to use. The product quality was also excellent. I had spent many hours with the customer care executive as I had many questions related to design, shipping, customization, offers, etc. The agent was patient and knowledgeable and helped me chose the right set of features that I was looking for.
A few improvements: The product catalog could be expanded, currently they offer only chips. The delivery was a day later than than the estimate given while placing the order. I'm from India and someone I know was supposed to bring them to me, if the shipping was delayed by another day, the person would have left and I might have had to pay for international shipping out of my own pocket.
