Takes some time to navigate all the options and get the design right. But great end product!

I received my order today. The front and back look great. The endless edge printing turned out to be only printed once, not all the way around.
I ordered in April 2018 and confirmed the proof pictures on April 28th. I started asking when I might expect my order near the end of May. Texted chatted with their support and was told I'd receive an email with the projected shipment date and another when the shipment was sent including a tracking number. I never received either promised email.
Overall, I'm quite happy with my chips excepting the edge printing issue and the extremely long turn around time.
I would gladly order from these folks again but would need assurances that the endless edge printing would be actually circumnavigate the entire edge and a promise of a quicker turnaround on the production side.
My rating is 85 out of 100.

I ordered a double sided photo chip for my 50th birthday. From beginning to end the ordering process was smooth and fast. When 24 hours I got a preview for my approval and everything was perfect the first time around. I signed that I approved it and sooner than you know it I received my gorgeous poker chips for my birthday. Thank you Poker Depot for making this painless.
