Great design, great customer service and it was perfect. I just to get it. It's being over 3-4 weeks. Have the parts come in yet? Do you have an ideal or time frame on when you all will ship it?
Thanks

We are a funeral home that ordered 200 custom chips for the funeral of an avid poker player who often handed out chips as a good luck piece. His profile and dates were included on the chip. A unforgettable tribute piece! Customer service insured we received the chip we ordered on time!

I just received my Custom Poker Chips and they are amazing. That is a simple statement for a process that was not extremely simple.
Let me start by saying, I made it difficult for myself, but Becca and Will D. helped out tremendously.
I was worried about the design, after reviewing the chip design I submitted, so I reached out to customer service. Becca replied to me within a day and got my design reviewed by one of the design engineers, Will. He quickly gave me some feedback to improve my design, I implemented the change and he made a .pdf proof for me within hours for review.

The Poker Depot did a fantastic job using the "on-line" design feature and producing the poker chip. Though the manufacturing or production took longer than noted, and the team said they would include a few "extra" chips in the order, which they did NOT, the coin was received in good order and our riders are overall very happy with the chip and design. We will be back for future chips; with the hopes it will not take as long to manufacture next time.

I was able to use the online tool to design exactly what I wanted for my friend's wedding favors. When I realized I had misspelled the groom's name (!!!), I emailed them immediately - around 8 pm, and received a response back within 5 minutes! This was HUGE - I was freaking out, and Donny put my mind at ease right then that it would be fixed. The next day, I received my corrected proof from Richie and we were all set. The entire process was smooth, with great communication at every step, and the finished product is GORGEOUS! This is going to be such a great surprise! Thanks again to everyone at The Poker Depot for making this happen!
