This was a very convenient way to get re-evaluated and renew. The doctor made good suggestions and validated the treatment plan that I've been using. It was fast and easy, although it would help to know in advance that a PDF would be sent that would be valid for immediate use: no need to pay extra to overnight the paperwork.

Being my first ever Skype/Video Dr. appointment, I was more than a little nervous as the computer screen said "The Dr has entered the room". When he appeared on the screen, Dr Jones put me at ease immediately with his calm professional demeanor. It was no different from an office appointment except you are in your own living room of bedroom. I highly recommend the Doctors at Presto. It truly is an easy and private way to see your Doctor without leaving home. Kudos for technology!
