Dr David Nguyen was great, he was incredibly attentive, and helpful. He also helped me feel more comfortable with my issues and was super caring. He's better than my own primary physician

The doctor was cordial and I had a wait that was no longer than five minutes until he signed on. The interview was very brief and in all honesty quicker than I had anticipated it being. I AM THANKFUL that I was approved as I a have endured chronic pain for quite a while and am hopeful I might find somr degree of relief. But i do think the appointment could be a bit more in depth as to weed out possible people seeking cannabis for the wrong reasons. Im not sure though how and if that's even possible. The audio was not as good as it might have been in. Although I could be heard easily , hearing the doctor was a bit challenging but posdible. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Was a pleasant experience even though the connection was a little faulty. It might be helpful to give some information about the time zones. Its difficult to figure out the corresponding time of the patient's location.
