I very much appreciate how convenient and affordable your service is, so no complaints there. The doctor appointment, on the other hand, seems like a ridiculous formality - I think we spoke for 2 minutes at most before he moved on to collecting money from someone else, it's like all he's looking for is a checklist of buzzwords that he needs to hear to cover himself in recommending the card, and there's no genuine medical care or information or even interest on his part whatsoever.

It did feel a bit like I was being sold on the benefits before we even got into my issues. But in the end, he addressed my concerns specifically. He was very kind and thorough.

This was for a renewal - the interview took less time than the original a year ago. The Dr. requested an update, asked how I was doing and we discussed the dramatic reduction of my insomnia.
