While efficient and thorough, the doctor I saw seemed bored. Just going through the motions. I'm not saying she should have been smiling or exuding happiness. I could have been talking to a robot.
The first and other contacts with PrestoDoc, everyone was engaged.
The doctor did her job. I appreciate the 215 renewal. Just saying it would have been a more pleasant experience had she tried to connect with me.
Not trying to sound too harsh or judgemental but that's how I felt.
