Im so thankful to customers that leave detailed reviews. I'm humbled that they take time out of their day to help us and others. We really appreciate it. We realize that we have a lot of great reviews, but sometimes customers need help with something. We do make mistakes, but we answer emails very quickly and solve customer problems right away. Thank you for that review. We answer emails all day from 9 am to 5pm. If you email after 5pm, we will be back in the morning. We never let emails pile up. DVDs are a tricky item. There are many factors that can prevent a DVD from not working. We are always here to help customers revolve those issues. No customer should ever feel like they got a bad DVD and we won't help. Just send us an email buy please mention the title. We do get many emails that say "dvd doesn't work." This just delays you getting the help you need. Thank you

This is a great review for us to respond to, so we can provide customers reading this with more information. First thing we stock about 27,000 different DVDs. This customer purchased 7. Its a very small sample size. The companies they purchased were Hustler, Zero Tolerance, 3rd Degree and Combat Zone. Those companies only make DVDs in English. I'm not sure what the customer meant, by "different language." We have tried to get clarification from them. Also, when customers say "Most DVDs are Good, Some are Not." That really isn't a description of our business. That is really a description of the entire Adult DVD industry. We are not a bakery. We don't make these DVDs. We sell the same DVDs as every other website. We just sell them for much less, and ship much quicker. We also have better customer service. We are totally fine with customer expressing their feelings in a review. We just want to explain what that review may or may not mean for the next customer. We feel that any Zero Tolerance, Hustler, 3rd Degree, Combat Zone DVDs are a great value and all are in English. We sell over 1000 at $3.99. Nobody else can say that.
