The package had been obviously opened and then resealed with clear tape

Sometimes we may pack a package and then realize we forgot to put something in the package. We open it up and reseal it again. We use clear tape for all packages. Maybe this customer thought someone else opened the package, but that isn't the case. This is just our shipping department double checking a package to make sure that its right. I think people get nervous with adult material and think someone is checking on them. Nobody cares what you order through the mail. Trust me on that one.
Update: we reached out to this customer, but we didn't get a reply. Because of this review we have decided that if you open a package, to double check the order, then we will use a new package, so it looks clean.
