Solid products, however, I think the Henry hand guard could have been engineered as a two piece unit to aid in the ease of installation.

Thanks for the feedback! As you note, taking the forend off a Henry is no fun. Our Gen 1 was a five piece handguard and was still hard for guys to install. People requested the solid one piece so that's why we did it for our Gen 2.

The instructions were detailed, plus there's videos on the website. I had no fear with starting this project. Everything fits perfectly, and looks awesome. I definitely will be ordering more stuff as my budget allows.

Modernizing a classic
That's what this has done to my .357/.38spc henry big boy X. I purchased this handguard, the pistol grip and the cheek riser. Ranger point was fast to ship and was quality parts when it arrived. If you feel like you are not up to the task of the tear down and installation, definitely have a pro install it. I had some of my own troubles with the mag tube tenon but that was self inflicted. Once it was all installed I absolutely fell in love with my rifle all over again. Ranger point makes probably one of the best looking, feeling, and quality products I've ever put on my weapons. I will continue to back this company and if you have any questions regarding install they are fast to respond and also have very detailed videos and explanations on how to do this yourself if you want to take the plunge.

Muzzle break looks sharp and works well on 45-70. Depending on what rounds your using the effect can be very noticeable.

Was disappointed when the wholes didn’t line up!
Had to use a small round file to enlarge one of the holes and shift it over. But I got it to fit, this will not deter me from buying from this company in the future.
Just my luck…

Hello! I see you ordered the Marlin Pistol Caliber rail (sku 15). Sounds like you needed the Henry one instead. The holes are just a tiny bit off which is why we sadly have to make the two different sku's. Wish Henry had matched the Marlin 1894 hole pattern perfectly. Glad to hear that you were able to make it work on your Henry.

This was my first lever gun build. I have been wanting one for a couple of years and finally pulled the trigger. I couldn’t be happier with the form and function of all the RPP parts. I jut installed the trigger kit and lever shims to finish it off……..wow what a difference!

Quality Pic rail. Fits perfectly on the Henry Homesteader.
Factory recommended a Weaver rail, but this rail is superior.
