Marlin/Rossi 95 M-LOK Handguard Tenon
I bought this to replace the stock sheet metal tenon that was flopping around in the dovetail. The recoil of the 45-70 and the loose tenon had started damaging the front of the forend.
This is not a simple swap in replacement, however. I had to drill out the side holes in the cap (#8 vs #6 screws), and hand fit the forend to clear the larger ends. I also had to chase the threads in the RPP tenon, but it is now VERY solid.

Thanks Wade for the feedback. This stronger, wider tenon was made to work with our aluminum forearms. Glad to hear that you were able to modify it to work with your factory wooden handguard.

What a turd, don't waste your money... I could never get this thing to set correctly. I tried everything to make it work. It was either fully seated and jammed or the last 2 rounds would fail to load because this thing was stuck an inch into the tube. Just keep the plastic part. This was a big waste of money and time.
