Great craftsmanship and quality. Easy to install and looks great on my 336. Cannot wait to get the buttstock so I can finish it up! Highly recommend this and have gotten a lot of compliments! <2>

Bravo Ranger Point Precision.

Marlin Smith and Wesson 1854 Safety Delete (black)
The blued plug looks good. It is a good color match to my rifle. It was easy to install although my first attempt left my hammer fall short of the firing pin. I found that by letting the hammer fall all the way down before tightening the set screw, the plug was held in the proper alignment. The function and look are new perfect. I would recommend this product. Now I do not worry about missing a shot because of a accidentally blocked hammer.

Marlin 1894 Lever Loop Straight Grip Stock | Medium Loop (black)
I really do love Ranger Point Precision and there after market parts. This medium lever is much more comfortable and smoother than the factory lever, not to mention it also looks much better. All together I have installed the flyweight gate, take down screw, and the follower. I will be saving for a trigger. Excellent company and products!

The medium loop lever is excellent. I wrapped it in leather. The lever screw adds a nice touch. BTW - It is a 1968 Marlin 30-30 Thanks!!

Marlin Lever Action Loading Gate - Flyweight Fast, Easy, Smooth
Honestly, reading these reviews I was expecting a much easier loading experience. Installation was easy enough, the part appears well made and without burrs or blemishes, but running a bunch of 44 magnum snapcaps through my 1894 before and after the addition of the new gate, while I guess it might be a little easier and smoother than the old gate, my thumb is still feeling it after not a huge effort. Maybe it needs some break in with some real rounds.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes real rounds breaks it in much better than snap caps.
