I bought Blemished Marlin Lever Quick Takedown Screws just to see what they were about. A stainless steel brush and some silver-colored paint in the design with a squeegee wipe off and they were as good as new. They make cleaning the gun so easy. I will buy more for myself and they will make great gifts for my Marlin carrying friends.

I decided to take a chance on this one and it turns out not only does the tread pitch match perfectly but the brake is flush and seamless to the muzzle. Bought a RPP Rail and the Midwest Industries Rail....both for Henry's. Both were moderately difficult to install but nothing too bad. Its just a matter of knocking out the dovetails and lining everything up perfectly. I caused no damage to either platform. That being said, the RPP rail has a much tighter lockup and just feels like the better piece of equipment. The RPP rail went on an All Weather in 44mag and did not block the tube loading port. It would have blocked it on the Henry 410 but the MI rail is shorter so it was installed on that one....so neither platform has the port blocked. For the additional Henry's I own, I will be utilizing the RPP rail as its just beefier and has a better feeling in the hand.
