I love everything about the M-LOK handguard rail. I was extremely nervous to swap out the synthetic grip for Ranger Point's M-LOK because of process needed to tear the gun down and put it back together, but thanks to YouTube it was pretty easy overall. And I'm no gunsmith.

Marlin Lever Action Loading Gate - Flyweight Fast, Easy, Smooth
This flyweight side gate has changed my 336C from a thumb bruising, skin eating PITA into a "can't wait to use it again" rifle, like my Henrys. The inside edges of the loading gate opening were knife sharp, and the spring tension of the side gate so strong, that getting some skin pinched meant drawing blood. I used some emery cloth to round-over and break those sharp edges before installing the new gate, so they won't cut flesh anymore. Previously, when loading in cold weather with gloves on, the gate and sharp opening actually cut the end of my glove open more than once. The extra bonus is that now I can unload the rifle through the side gate, instead of having to cycle the rounds out.
