Works fine but, if it was 2/3 inches longer you wouldn't have to fish it under a scope.

Fits perfectly on the rail! Doesn’t fit on the MI stock unfortunately just barely doesn’t line up.

Everyone at bear camp couldn’t believe how it transformed the original Henry.

I needed to use all 4 shims to remove the slop, but it took a while trying to get them all centered over the mounting hole. Maybe a couple thinker shims should be included. All in all, I'm satisfied, they work as advertised.

Built out a Marlin 1895 with RPP furniture. Products were better than the pictures show. Instructions were clear, any questions were answered via tubes of U videos they have made. My next one will be even easier I am sure. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and the pricing. Looking forward to using more of their future offerings. Checked trigger pull on this new Henry 30-30 with a Lyman digital trigger gauge. The stock trigger averaged 4 lb 8 oz, with the highest pull at 5 lb 3 oz and the lowest at 4 lb 3 oz. Significant travel and slightly gritty. Not a horrible trigger, but would benefit from stoning and polishing. Which would tighten the pull weight range and eliminate the slightly gritty feel. But would do nothing about the travel (unless sear geometry was changed).

Installed your sear and pull weight now averages 3 lb 7 oz, with a high of 3 lb 9 oz and low of 3 lb 5 oz. A much more consistent trigger pull. And a 3 1/2 lb trigger pull on a lever action for most people is just about "right."

Almost no perceptible travel and a clean, crisp break.

Considering the time involved in smithing the stock sear yourself, or the cost of having a gunsmith do it for you, the price of the Ranger Point sear is very reasonable.

Please allow the option to center the quiver on the plate, I'd rather have that than access to the QD port I'll never use. Other than that, perfection as always.
