Really friendly staff. They make you feel at home and relaxed. John is an extremely great consultant. From the very first phone call through to end of procedure everything was very easy and straight forward. My case was a little more complicated due to how my vasectomy was done. But I'm really happy to say that 3 and half mk the after my procedure we found out my wife was pregnant. It was the sbest feeling in the world. Thank you so much to John and the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend.

Having previously had a failed reversal in 2015 by a different Dr, we found John who explained the process and what he could do to assist. I was 8 years post op, having had 2 original vasectomy's as the first one failed. I had my vasectomy reversal surgery in December 2016 and we are already expecting (early days yet). John and his team made me feel very comfortable throughout and has been impeccable at responding to any emails. We are so grateful for what he has been able to do for us.

What an amazing man. With very low odds, we went for my husband's operation with little hope. (My husband was 14 years post vasectomy and we are both in our forties).

Dr McLaughin and his team really are second to none. From the monent you arrive at the hospital the care and attention that is required with this type of procedure is in place. All of the staff are approachable, friendly & highly professional.
Dr McLaughin ensures that at every stage of the procedure you are informed of the risks and probabilities of success.
Afterwards he visited to inform me and my partner the outcome of the procedure, and fully briefed me on do's & don'ts for successful fusion....this included me not cycling for up to 6weeks afterwards...gutted but worth it!
Dr McLaughin called & wrote to me with a breakdown of the procedure, aftercare and a referral note for the fertility assessment clinic.
I cannot say enough about the exceptional experienced service that Dr McLaughin and his team provide...thank you for your advice, professionalism, and aftercare that you have provided throughout my treatment.

Great treatment from start to finish. Felt calm throughout. Staff couldn't do more I was actually booked in as day case but as it got towards end of day decided to stay in overnight and had breakfast next day.my advice - go for it.

I was happy with my treatment and would recommend this them Before the op I was talked through what to expect pros and cons etc and there were no surprises on the day. The hospital is a private one and I had my own room and shower room which was clean and comfortable . The nurses and surgeon and anaesthetist were very professional and friendly.
