I decided to try CBD Oil to help me sleep and to say it works is an understatement. I currently use a watch to minor my sleep depth from light to deep throughout the night. Before using CBD oil my DEEP sleep rating was between 30%-40% after taking CBD Oil nightly it has increased to 50%-70%. I am naturally a light sleeper so this was very surprising as I had never had numbers like this before. Not only does it help me sleep, it enhances my sleep depth as well.
