This is a great product. I just started using 1,000 mg of berry flavored oil to treat insomnia. It works. I still wake to pee every three to four hours but returning to a deep sleep state is no problem with this product. I only use 3/4 dropper full, in bed, before lights out and I"m usually asleep within 15 minutes. Wake up feeling refreshed and well rested; not groggy or disoriented. I should mention that insomnia had been a chronic problem for me for many months. This is my third month using Royal CBD products. I switched from the 625mg gel caps to this current product and I'm pleased with the results. It's possible that I outgrew the 625mg dosage and now require a slightly stronger formula. Sleep is good. Deep sleep is better. I get both with this product. Many thanks for creating a great solution for my insomnia.
