I feel like it does a good job - I am calmer when I take it regularly. I originally had the berry flavor and it wasn't too bad so I thought I would try the vanilla. It does not taste as good to me. I will switch back to the berry when this bottle is done. I understand it is CBD oil though and it will never taste amazing :)
