I'm very happy with the ease with which the transaction was made. Also the speed with which the item was delivered. However, I have not yet seen it because I'm in a different country and only use a US based mail forwarding service (to which the item was shipped)

I placed my order online on 5/17/2017 (order 3090). I got an email on 5/18 that the last item was back in stock. TODAY IS THE 28TH AND IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! I was promised on Friday that tghe order was packed and waiting UPS but evidently it did not go out. I am very disappointed and will not order again.

I absolutely love the Sambonet Silverware set for children. It is fabulous quality, very easy for little hands to use and a great introduction to proper grown up utensils. My children range in age from 1 to 5. My 5 year old twins have had their sets for 4 years and they still look brand new. Worth every cent.
