Saw the pattern having dinner at the Four Season's Hotel restaurant in San Francisco. Saw the name etched into the knife and came home to San Diego and immediately entered SAMBONET into my web browser. 'Boom' a match came up and I easily was able to scan through the multitude of patterns and finally found the pattern I had used and was able to order them. Butter knives and serrated knives.

As someone who has been buying Rosenthal products since the early 1970s, I am pleased to see that Rosenthal is in good hands, and plan on buying some more Sambonet stainless steel pieces. I do not see another company with such an impressive variety of careully-designed tongs. No more burned fingers!
