Impressive customer service!! Very fast and attentive to my needs! (thank you, James!)
The decal was marvelous!! I will be buying again in the future. I don't have people tailgating me anymore lol.
It comes with instructions so read them carefully before applying :)
Overall 5 star experience and takes their business seriously :)

A little confusing on uploading logos for those who do not have logos. What if there's nothing to upload? The process halts you and forces you to upload something. That requirement needs to be taken away.

Your site was very easy to use, the only other thing I would like to see would be a mock-up of my sticker so I could see a visual representation of what I am ordering. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. The full-color logo and business hours decal you designed looks great on the computer. Cant wait to see the real thing.
Update: Received product rolled up in a box. The instructions say to lay it flat for awhile. The instructions are long; haven't attempted to put the decal o the door yet; looks a little tricky to complete. The instructions have me using masking tape, etc.

Experience was good, no serious complaints. Would recommend you advise if pixel quality of completed design is good as some sites do. When 'updating text' in the box, if you hit the 'delete' key to delete letters, it deletes the entire box...so have to use the 'backspace' key to delete letters, minor irritation. Otherwise, overall good experience.

I've ordered from these guys several times and they are awesome! Way less expensive than professional print shops that install the decals. The do it yourself instructions are very easy to follow. They make it seamless. They are also very responsive if you have any questions. I highly recommend Sticker Titans!

This was my first time using this company and it wont be my last. I ordered two retractable banners and they both were great quality . I had a few questions on the design and the customer service I received was excellent and they responded back in a timely manner. Overall I had a great experience!!!
