This was my first time using this company and it wont be my last. I ordered two retractable banners and they both were great quality . I had a few questions on the design and the customer service I received was excellent and they responded back in a timely manner. Overall I had a great experience!!!

I've ordered from these guys several times and they are awesome! Way less expensive than professional print shops that install the decals. The do it yourself instructions are very easy to follow. They make it seamless. They are also very responsive if you have any questions. I highly recommend Sticker Titans!

This is a great way to design & order Window Decals for our Trucks & Trailers. The system does what I need it to do. Note *It did not save my first few attempts? That needs a little attention.

The most frustrating parts of the shopping experience were:
-Opening a new tab any time I wanted look at another page. One tab is just fine. I'll open a new one if I need it.
-You couldn't see your final products in the cart as a final check to make sure you like the look of your designs.
-You can't edit them once they are in the cart. I find it very frustrating to have to redesign a completely new project when you could edit the one you already spent hours on.
-It didn't save all of your designs to your account automatically, only some.
-It would erase your cart if you didn't have an account while still working within the site.
I did like the design feature, though. I think you have a site that could be really great. Just needs a bit more tweaking.

I had some glitches with the online shopping experience and expressed the issues I had to the customer service department. James responded very quickly and addressed each issue professionally. They have fixed the issues and are expediting our signs. Looking forward to putting them up!

So far so good. Would like to be able to ensure quality control with some sort of customer feedback based on file types and resolution. Thanks

I have ordered my real estate stickers on 2 separate occasions from Sticker Titans. Even before the order, they provided a proof to ensure my information was correct and to suggest the best size for my vehicle. Every time I have had to reach out to customer service, they have been fabulous - super fast and super helpful. I recommend them for sure! Karri Lindsey, Realtor
