My order arrived in a timely fashion and was just as described. Due to a user error on my part the window decal was damaged during installation. I let the company know, fully expecting to be out of luck. Much to my surprise James at StickerTitan got back to me and let me know where I went wrong with the install and told me that he was sending a replacement...free of charge! That is definitely above and beyond the requirement of the 100% satisfaction guarantee. I will be coming back to this company for every marketing material need that may arise for my small business in the future. Highly satisfied customer!

It seemed a little confusing. I filled out the info and then received an email saying some of the info was missing. Very not sure of what I will get.

Website isn't straight forward and very confusing at first glance, luckily I don't give up easy.

We ordered an hour sign for our business. I had a few questions about the product that I emailed to the company. They responded to my emails promptly, politely and efficiently. We love our new sign. We went with the white sticker on the inside of the building's window. It is so pretty and professional. It was really easy to work with Sticker Titans and get the product we wanted. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

My order was perfect. I received it quickly. My client was impressed. I think the actual design app part could be improved, I found it a little difficult to use. But, I did it and my sign turned out fantastic. I give this company top marks.

I had ordered a window decal for my business and never received the order. I contacted the company, they not only were very quick to respond with an understanding attitude but they also sent me my order again at no cost. I personally find this to be great business ethics along with great personal communication skills. I highly recommend this company to those who are seeking this type of service.

Thanks for your help. The full-color logo and business hours decal you designed looks great on the computer. Cant wait to see the real thing.
Update: Received product rolled up in a box. The instructions say to lay it flat for awhile. The instructions are long; haven't attempted to put the decal o the door yet; looks a little tricky to complete. The instructions have me using masking tape, etc.

Experience was good, no serious complaints. Would recommend you advise if pixel quality of completed design is good as some sites do. When 'updating text' in the box, if you hit the 'delete' key to delete letters, it deletes the entire box...so have to use the 'backspace' key to delete letters, minor irritation. Otherwise, overall good experience.
