Very disappointed that I was informed my order would be delivered only to find it was a part delivery. All communication suggested the delivery was in full and the driver and company acknowledged that the items had been left off in error. I took off a morning to take this delivery and when I asked for reasonable compensation to be considered, I was told this is not something the company does - so in short, my time is not valuable! Due to an error made by the company, I had to take time off again to receive the items that were missed off. Very unreasonable and poor consideration from the company and room to improve customer service and management of complaints.

I ordered the primed skirting, but when it arrived, it’s only primed on the front, not on the back which goes against the wall and needs protecting the most. Plus the primer had runs in it and I needed to redo it.

Good value for money however a lot of the mouldings were damaged at the ends when they were delivered making parts of each length unusable.
