I'm mostly pleased with the product and service. The only criticism was the last 80mm or so on one 4m board was damaged (missing material). This had been painted over and wasn't visible when the boards were wrapped together for delivery (machined faces are wrapped together for protection). Luckily this wasn't needed and became an offcut.

Damaged when delivered,then they re delivered the exact same damaged piece the week later , 3rd time lucky got my skirting. Shame because I was happy with the final product but nightmare waiting for it as it’s a knock on effect with other trades
