the company processed my order and accepted payment without mentioning additional charges for northern ireland.
they then didnt contact m,e for a week and waited for me to enquire as to why my items were not sent.
after paying the charges fpr courier my items then arrived chipped on all ends and heavily marked, i will have to use them as we are trying to move on with our house build.
not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

Skirting a great product, however the delivery company is poor and only gives you a whole day to wait in - no further update provided on the day. Really poor communication from them too. Change your delivery company please!!

Skirting did not arrived all together but in two deliveries one day after the other.
Currier was very polite.

It would have been nice to be notified of this just in case we were on a job with deadlines.
