Goods were as expected for plain M.D.F door frames. No damage on delivery as only the ends were protected with cling wrap, so driver/deliverer person must have taken care in ensuring that there was no damage to them.

I ordered samples of skirting and picture rails on 4th April, which I have still not received although I rang the company four days ago. It's now 20th April, I was told on Monday that they would send them immediately and apologised. It really does not give me any confidence to put in an order even if the samples arrive and are good. The product itself was fine, but I was annoyed about the delivery service as the skirting boards were just left leaning outside on the wall. The driver did not ring the door bell and we were both at home. They were not wrapped and it was raining so the outer board did get a little wet. Luckily I saw them quite soon after they were left and could bring them inside.

The skirting board I ordered arrived with scuffed edges. My fault, I didn't inspect it for damages as I was at work and busy, but having said that, there was no packaging or wrap to protect the edges. Not great.
