Ordered skirting and had a delivery date for 11th April by email with a 2hour delivery time.
Waited in all day no delivery. Then had email to say delivery on 12th April and received items within 2hour time slot as stated. Would have been nice if you had sent a message to say you could not deliver on the 11th. Wasted a day waiting for items that didn’t arrive. Poor customer service hence only 3 stars.

Really pleased with the skirting board, really simple to order. But delivery was disappointing…… far earlier than expected, didn’t deliver to neighbour as asked and just left outside with imminent rain in very minimal packaging
