Ordered window board… first and second piece damaged in transit, now waiting for the third. First delivery arrived in the middle of the night, second arrived 4 days late. Gent on phone was apologetic and tried to help but the information he gave about delivery time turned out incorrect. The items damaged in transit costs the business money. I’m a very unhappy customer with the item not being delivered at the time stated, waisting my personal time and left my carpenter without wages because he was unable to fit the window board as arranged so no happy either.

it would have been 5 stars. . The product is good quality and the delivery very quick. I've knocked a star off because the delivery was 5:30 in the morning and the driver left the items in front of the door and not down the passageway at the side of the house as requested. Otherwise no complaints.

Poor quality product. Paid to get it primed and they ruined the MDF as it made it all rough and definitely couldn’t be painted on before sanding it fully. Damaged boards too. Caused inconvenience because I had to push my tradesman back and they also wouldn’t collect from the flat so I had to try and take it all down by myself. Steer clear of the company, worth paying a bit extra for much better quality! Would have scored a zero if I could have.

Came fairly quick was an inch or two to big then what was asked for but thats fine its a good thing to account for tolerances and just in cases, just a pain having to saw the bit I don't need off and defeats the point of ordering a customized size but would 100% recommend.
