I normally have nothing but great customer service however this time prior to receiving my order I had wrote an email asking to swap sizes (before the size I wanted sold out) and didn't hear anything back. Have since received my order and love the boots however they more than likely won't fit for very long.

I checked back and you said in your email that you could see the size up that you wanted was already sold out and could we let you know if a pair came available, and that otherwise you would be happy to keep the size you ordered. As the size 6 was completely sold out we thought you would be happy to take the pair you originally ordered-as you mentioned in your email! I hope the sizing is okay for you and your little one is loving the boots! Xx
