I haven’t recieved my package yet (3/2/18) it said it was sent in the 19th but we have had a public holiday here in Queensland. I hope to revie my package in the next few days.

Hi Tarati, I am so sorry to hear this, I can confirm we dispatched your order on the date it was placed (19th January) - the standard shipping rate you chose was for a non-tracked service. The advised delivery lead time from NZ post for standard delivery to Australia is 3-10 business days though occasionally we have known parcels take a day or 2 longer. So far in the 4 years of trading we have only every had one parcel sent to Australia go missing so I am confident it will be with you imminently. I would advise giving it another day or 2. If you have not received your order by Wednesday afternoon may I first suggest you check to see if your local post office have it. The box it was sent in is quite large and sometimes if no-one is home when the postal service attempt delivery they will leave the package with your local post depot (annoyingly they don’t always leave a card to state this!). If they do not have it then please let us know straight away and we can arrange to get a replacement pair of shoes sent and a ‘non delivery’ claim lodged with the postal service.
