Acutal ring wearer here, my now wife ordered this my ring for me before our wedding. We spent a long time searching for the perfect wedding ring until we came across Spexton. Not only were the designs and options different than anything else we could find, the fact that each ring was made to order and not mass produced was a huge selling point. I ordered the free sizing kit they offer in three different sizes and widths, to find what would fit perfectly for me. The test rings that came were of extremely high quality and honestly looked like something you might wear everyday not just as a test ring. It really gave me an idea of what fit my hand correctly and what width would look good on my finger, as I normally don't wear jewelry. After deciding on which ring I preferred, my fiancee ordered it. Spexton consistently updated us on the progress of the ring and emailed us once it was shipped, in transit, and a final email to confirm that it had arrived. We also received a link to a personal video showing the quality control for my ring so we knew it was perfect, and man was it perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is extremely comfortable and very well made. I couldn't be happier with the ring I will wear every day. Everything was great, only thing i would like to see is that some pages didn't work well with mobile browser, and if I could type my engraved message out and see exactly what it looks like with the don't style...instead of having to guess based on a few letters and numbers

Great customer service. I needed a smaller size and Nate was very friendly and worked with me in getting the correct size. He was able to send me tester ring sizes and shipped them very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Great service. They stand by their products. My Zirconium wedding band suffered from some scratches over the course of one year. I was a bit bummed by this. One phone call later and they hand me send back my ring. They replaced it (exactly), sent me back my original band, and forwarded a very sexy titanium band for daily use. I am very pleased with their product and their service. Highly recommend.
