From my first inquiry to receiving our final wedding band, Nate was incredibly helpful. He responded to my first questions about what type of ring to get my fiancee within an hour or two and gave his honest opinion and didn't try to sell me something more expensive. He was professional and kind throughout the whole process. We ordered the testers and ring, but then decided that we wanted to exchange for a wider band. We are so pleased with the whole experience of ordering my husbands wedding band. The sizing kit we ordered arrived very quickly and made choosing a size stress free! We knew for sure what size he would require and we’re confident ordering the ring online. We placed our order and about two weeks later we received an email from the owner of the company saying that we have a quality control YouTube video waiting for us!! We were floored! We watched the video of the owner showing us our ring including the size and width of the ring!! Within maximum 24 hours we had all of our tracking info and the ring was on its way to us!!
