WOW! What a difference from Florida. The ease of seeing a physician, minimal cost that doesn’t give you sticker shock and I didn’t wait months to get my card. California definitely cares about patients, Florida cares more about revenue and makes the process complicated (on purpose). Dr Wong was very nice and I love that I was emailed a copy of my visit and card within 24 hours. My upcoming trip to California is going to be great thanks to Dr Wong.

I paid for a physical card to be shipped to me, but it never arrived. Called their customer service and they apologized and promised to send another. It's been over a month and still haven't received. Would not use again.

I paid for a service, with a 100% money back garuntee, and no one is able to give me a refund. Poor customer service as well, was told twice that I would receive a phone call back with no response.
Very eager to take my money but no follow through.
