Bad website design. Text boxes don't work on mobile devices. Customer service underinformed. I was told that my payment had cleared and when I went into my dispensary, Sonoma Patient Group, they told me that there was no record of my MM certification eligibility.
I went in and paid recreational rates and when I emerged back into the lobby, I called back to Dr. Fu, who immediately sent me to the secretary. After 20 minutes on the phone, we finally sorted it out.
The clerk at the dispensary and I were were clowning on poor Dr. Fu. "FU to you" and "Dr. Foo Manchoo" and "Dr. Eff Yu'" were all bandied about. These guys have to pick up their act.

I have had a very helpful, positive, and prompt response from this organization to continue my use of tinctures to alleviate the painful and debilitating effects of arthritis, insomnia, and a panic anxiety disorder that have all taken over my daily life since I've entered old age.
I feel grateful and relieved that we have these organizations that enable us to continue to receive alleviation of pain and the disabling effects.
I would give this organization 15 stars, but that option isn't offered.
