It is very quick. It took me awhile to write all of my prescriptions, I'm old. The Dr discussed my medical conditions and I was approved. It's better than driving 30 miles to my other Dr only to be put on a teleconference. Might as well get it at home instead. As soon as I had my information submitted the Dr was ready for the conference.

The consultation was quick and easy, but I entered the wrong credit card information in the form and while I was on the phone with a rep from OnlineMedicalCard, a collections agent from eVisit.com (presumably in an offshore call center) called demanding the money. This is literally 3 MINUTES after I got my referral. The revisit agent was rude and kept trying to talk over me while I explained that I was resilving the payment issue. After arguing with him for a minute, I merged the calls and asked him to get all the information he neededd from the OnlineMedicalCard rep who was holding on the other line. Of course he quit the bully tactics once I forced him to talk to the kind woman from OnlineMedicalCard, then quickly hung up. That encounter ruined what was otherwise a surprisingly easy and helpful experience. OnlineMedicalCard should change its collections protocol so that people aren't being harassed by the call center IMMEDIATELY after they finish the consultation with the doctor.
