I was absolutely disgusted at the manner in which my Recommendation (renewal) was issues. I filled out information from one website and since I had visited your site first i was WRONGLY REDIRECTED without my knowledge or consent. The price difference was $5- less. I do NOT own a Digital/USB Web Camera. The Dr. Who Issued My Rec NEVER SAW ME AND NEVER SPOKE TO ME. All he knew is that I had a previous recommendation and the little bit of medical information I entered online. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND YOUR DOCTOR YET HIS STILL CHOSE TO ISSUE THE REC.....It obviously all about the money. I was irate that I was taken to a site I didn't plan to use due to a cookie i had picked up. I had even spoken to another web rec service and i was told that the dr was going to at least give me a phone call. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. ITS WHAT I CALL.....SHADY. NO DR/PT Communication REDIRECTED TO YOUR WEBSITE FROM ANOTHER (THATS MESSED UP) NO DR/PT COMMUNICATION....NO DR/PT COMMUNICATION......I THINK THATS MALPRACTICE......CAREFUL BECAUSE AN Recommendation issued as mine was is something a spiteful or unsatisfied customer may notify the authorities about which will at least remove a DR if not close doors and end jobs.

Easy to schedule, good conversation with Dr. Fu, quick. Card arrived in 4 days. Didn't have to drive nor deal with a bunch of people waiting to be seen. Loved it.
