6.5 x 52 Carcano 123gr SP
These are well constructed rounds as one would expect from Steinel, and they do seem to stabilize in all four of my Carcanos. However, being 123gr they tend to hit extremely high (typical of Carcanos anyway) but they do hit higher than normal for me. Carcanos originally used 160gr bullets and were regulated for such. These rounds utilize PPU brass and the 123gr PPU .267 bullet that you can buy individually. I had actually been using both of these components along with the 139gr .267 PPU bullets for some time to reload my own 6.5x52. These will work in generally any Carcano but I never got good accuracy with any load utilizing this particular bullet and no longer use it from PPU. I mostly use the 139gr .267 and the PPU 156gr .264 (I use the 156gr in my M41 only because the others have bores too large to properly stabilize it. Not wanting to talk bad about Steinel ammo because everything they offer is good quality, I just wanted to let folks know my personal results with these and that these components are readily available.

30-30 Winchester 150gr Solid Copper Hollow Point
I think you have me confused with another customer. I don't own a 30-30. I purchased 45-70, .38+p and 357. The production quality of the ammunition is fantastic. Excellent work

45/70 Government 300gr. Hornady JHP (Goldilocks Load)
High quality ammo, with nice starline brass. Powder burns completely and doesnt leave unburnt powder residue inside the receiver unlike winchester super-x. Andy also responded to my email and changed the shipping address which saved me a headache. He also offered all the customers waiting for the massively delayed ammo a full refund. I waited as I'm sure many of you did. 10/10 will buy again.

500 Auto Max 440gr. Hard Cast WFNGC
The customer service was very responsive and friendly. The ammunition is excellent as well. Had a bit of a trouble with UPS leaving it at the curb in front of my neighbor's house. Steinel was excellent about helping me trace it down. This is the 2nd time I have purchased the same emission and the customer service is much better than the competition.

45/70 Government 300gr. Hornady JHP (Goldilocks Load)
I spent two boxes of this ammo to site my scope on my Henry 45-70 and even though my shoulder was a little sore, I find this load great and might try the .325 round.

Great ammo, however I did not order the 500 Auto Max ammo, I order 200 rounds of the high power 300 grain 45-70 ammo.

38 Special +P Snub Nose Pro™
As mentioned in a previous review I too purchased the 38 Special +P Snub Nose Pro because of difficulty finding 38 special ammo in stock elsewhere. After finding out about Steinelammo.com and giving this ammo a chance I feel very comfortable having in my backup carry. Also the customer service was excellent, I emailed a question regarding the purchase and was responded to in a timely manner with my question clearly answered.
