6.5 x 52 Carcano 160gr Round Nose- Rifle Load
I ordered the 160 grain carcano load. The order was delayed, the explanation from Steinel was that they were researching different bullet weights for accuracy. They stated that the 160 grain load was tumbling out of the 17.5" barrel, which I have. Sure enough, at the range heavier bullet weights wer tumbling. When I got my order from Steinel they had used a much lighter, and they weren't tumbling. I am very satisfied and would order again from Steinel.

.38/200 Military Load
My .38/200 rounds were truly excellent. I can see why the British had so many made. If your looking for a truly heavy load in a small package this is it.

.38/200 Military Load
Excellent quality ammo, well made and consistent,it looked good too. It shot a very tight group. It shot right to point of aim with my Colt Police Positive 38 New Police caliber revolver. Should work just as well in my S&W Victory too.

I purchased the 6.5X55/ jap for my type 38 Jap. I would like to say that Steinel is a great company to deal with. They helped me out with some shipping issues I had and did not disappoint with shipping time at all. Less than a week. To add during a pandemic! A WEEK! The packaging for the ammo is high quality they don’t skimp on presentation. The ammo is new and well polished. Finally I took my type 38 out to shoot and it went off without a hitch. Furthermore if you watch the military arms YouTube what he says about accuracy is 1-1 with my experience. Do not hesitate to buy for anything you own in this caliber size.

6.5 x 52 Carcano 134gr RN Brass
Finding a manufacturer that accurately sizes the bullet to actually produces accuracy not only in carbines but also the rifle size carcanos show that Steinel Ammo is truly a unique and competent company that cares about its products, quality, and customers. I will buy this again for my carcano and Steinel is the only manufacturer I will use for any unique and vintage ammo

I haven't shot any of this ammo yet, because as we all know, ammunition of any kind is becoming scarce... That being said, these rounds look like they are very nice quality.

Shot these the past two weeks and they were spot on out of my 1940 Arisaka Type 38. From 25 yards to 500 yards I was hitting the bullseye or steel. Ran great, no issues.
Will buy again.
Will buy again.

45/70 Government Light Recoil 300gr. JHP 200rds
Got some Light Recoil 45-70 Steinel ammunition a few months ago, for my 1895 SBL. Things being what they are, I didn't have much of an opportunity to shoot until a month or so ago, when I took a few boxes to my brother's home. He was leery of shooting a cartridge that big, but once he saw me shoot some, and shot some himself, he was grinning from ear to ear. The ammunition is extremely light recoiling, accurate, loads well, cycles well, and thus far, very effective on pumpkins filled with water. I will definitely be ordering more in the future, both low recoil and your high power. Thanks for making great and fun ammunition for the old 45-70.
