The strings are great quality! I'm starting to prefer them over any other set. I'm not a huge tone expert but they sound perfect for me. I've ordered two sets of custom gauges and I love how you can choose exactly what you want! Service is fantastic too :) all round great string company, I think I'll be sticking to these ones from now on.

Holy Mother of God! I, an idiot and primarily a keyboard player, put on the light top heavy bottom 5 strings (bye Ernie, don't let the door..) As a former live broadcast and mastering engineer, my ears are absolutely attuned to the little things, the subtle things. Once stretched, took em on a test drive through Twin AccuGroove 112L amp/cabs, if anything wasn't right, you hear it through those (FRFR cabs.) If it was all right, indeed hear that too. What I hear I would never have thought strings could bring about. Well done guys. I also admire player wrought innovation, strong word of mouth, and top shelf customer service. To say nothing of a product that is impeccable.

Got my order from Stringjoy last Friday, installed one set of light gauge strings on one of my guitars, a 1994 Martin J-18, I was amazed how good they sounded. I have always used D'Addario Phosphor Bronze strings before. Stringjoy strings will now be my strings of choice.
