Let’s get this out of the way: the strings are excellent. I really enjoy them a lot. But, what I really love most about Stringjoy is their customer service. Super personable while being professional. I bought the wrong strings, they were really good about changing my order and then with my order one string set was missing so they fulfilled that quickly and also added a nice fiber cloth which was very generous of them. I’ll definitely come back and recommend them. Thanks for all your good work and exceptional strings!

I first tried Stringjoy in April 2017 and haven't bought any other strings since! Electric and Acoustic both are awesome. I've been playing for 50+ years and tried many different strings and always used one of the "big" brands. I like fresh strings and would have to change them often. Stringjoy strings stretch in faster and sound and feel great. They also last 3-5 times as long. The service is also always amazing

Played classical for about 60 years until arthritis became a problem. Switch to acoustic for the narrower and thinner neck. Quite an adjustment period. Still a finger picker. spent about 2 years experimenting with strings to get the playability and sound that I wanted. Pretty much settled upon D'Addario 10-47 Phosphor/Bronze, with a plain 3rd substituted to the wrapped 3rd that is supplied. Very good, but not quite there. Naturals 10-50 Phosphor/Bronze with 3 plain are perfect. Beautifully balanced. wonderful tone , fabulous sustain. At
